### The full story.
After enduring years of chronic knee problems and navigating through a maze of frustrating healthcare experiences, I stumbled upon our [Navigation & Advocacy solution](https://engage.personifyhealth.com/personalized-benefits-care-navigation-product-page), and it has completely revolutionized my approach to managing my health. The woes of an inefficient health system – long waits at urgent care, getting x-rays instead of MRIs, and inefficient physical therapy sessions that never matched my schedule – all seemed like the only path I could tread, until our care navigation solution illuminated a new way.
Using our care navigation solution, it led me to a nearby orthopedic group that was not only conveniently located but also in-network. The experience was a stark contrast to what I'd become accustomed to; **I was seen immediately, provided with a clear understanding of my knee issues, presented with new treatment options like cortisone shots and specialty knee braces, and – most remarkably – assigned a dedicated orthopedic doctor to manage my ongoing care.**
#### It was a red-letter day in what had been a long journey of health management.
Our healthcare navigation solution has ingrained in me a newfound vigilance; never again will I settle for the familiar but inadequate. The quest for in-network healthcare of the highest value and quality is now at the forefront of my priorities.
