# Empowering Employee Health & Wellbeing: Key Findings from Merative Health Insights

We are pleased to share some exciting insights from the [Personify Health Wellbeing Program Study](https://engage.personifyhealth.com/merative-study), conducted by the Merative Health Insights research team.  

The Study evaluated the impact of Personify Health’s Wellbeing Program for over 61,000 members from a two-year period. It assessed the program’s effectiveness in optimizing employee’s health and wellbeing across various organizations. The findings unveiled some compelling evidence of the positive outcomes derived from our comprehensive wellness platform.
