As always, we design to meet members where they are with intuitive, on-demand digital tools, now including AI-powered Q&A, enabling 58% self-service answers. Since launching self-service tools for wellbeing customers, we’ve seen nearly 30% lower call volume, and more even distribution across email, chat, and phone modes of support. And for needs that go beyond digital support, we make it easy to connect with our expert advocacy team. The end goals are simple: provide fast, effective support to members to drive better engagement and results and make your job easier in the process.
