Special opportunity, just for clients

For the first time, we’re inviting you to submit a video that we'll feature on our Thrive Summit mainstage. In these videos, we invite and encourage you to share your success with Personify Health and/or Thrive Summit.

You could share why health and wellbeing is important to your organization, the impact of our partnership, or as simple as a fun way you’ve driven culture amongst your people – we want to hear it all!

So, how does it work? Simple!

All you need to do is:

1. Record yourself (feel free to use your phone, record via Zoom - whatever's easiest) - tell us about a success you've experienced with Personify Health and/or Thrive.
   
   
2. Upload your video to this form by Friday, February 28^th:
