As the Los Angeles community contends with the devastating wildfires sweeping through the area, we want you to know that you remain the core focus of our mission. We extend our deepest concerns and heartfelt sympathies to our clients, the members of our Personify Health community, and all those enduring the impacts of these tragic events.
In moments when unforeseen disasters disrupt our lives and challenge our peace of mind, it becomes all the more crucial to be able to easily recall the resources and support available to help ease the burden during such distressing times.
#### I am struggling with anxiety and stress
**During these trying times, it is crucial to not only care for your physical well-being but also safeguard your mental health.** Please know that our care team is here to provide unwavering support for both aspects of your health needs. For assistance, guidance, or simply a reassuring voice, reach out to us using the phone number on your member ID card. We're committed to standing with you through every step of this challenging period.
You can also call or text the Disaster Distress Helpline at 1-800-985-5990. This national hotline provides free 24/7, crisis counseling for people who are experiencing emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster.

Tips
If you need to evacuate, remember the 6 Ps:
1. **People and pets (and pet food)**
2. **Papers, phone numbers and important documents (passports, house deed, birth certificates, SSN)**
3. **Prescriptions, vitamins, and eyeglasses**
4. **Pictures**
5. **Personal devices (including chargers**
6. **and Plastic (credit cards and cash)**
