Please know that our care team is here to provide unwavering support for both aspects of your health needs. For assistance, guidance, or simply a reassuring voice, reach out to us using the phone number on your member ID card. We're committed to standing with you through every step of this challenging period.

You can also call or text the Disaster Distress Helpline at 1-800-985-5990. This national hotline provides free 24/7, crisis counseling for people who are experiencing emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster.

Tips
If you need to evacuate, remember the 6 Ps:

  1. People and pets (and pet food)
  2. Papers, phone numbers and important documents (passports, house deed, birth certificates, SSN)
  3. Prescriptions, vitamins, and eyeglasses
  4. Pictures
  5. Personal devices (including chargers
  6. and Plastic (credit cards and cash)

If you have time, record and photograph every room in your house and all valuables or high priced items.
