- We wanted to improve the user experience for members that are already tracking 20 HHs, but want to add a new one. We are also considering the edge case when user wants to stop tracking a HH, but is being tracked in an active Challenge.
- This has been implemented on web last sprint, we're working on mobile implementation this sprint.
- GenAdmin: Ingestion Method – Eligibility Description Text

- Standard System Activation/Reminder Emails Sent in Member Time Zone
- The work on converting Country value received on the Eligibility File to time zone ID solves for below use cases:
- collecting time zone information via eligibility file for the sponsors who do not have that field incorporated on their Enrollment screen (example: Evernorth)
- sending Enrollment Campaigns in member time zone
- sending system standard activation and reminder emails in member time zone
- Triggered Audience Extracts
- As part of our Audience Extract solution, this solution will enable customers having the option to schedule extracting defined parts of their Audience per day/week/month, with a defined Start Date and option to choose between an End Date and an open ended extract campaign.
- Audience Limit
- Besides from Channel limits, we are introducing overall audience limits with this work. Clients will be able to limit their overall audience in Basic mode, and their segments in Advanced mode (we will not support limiting the whole audience in Advanced mode, only segments)
- Live Services Member Rescheduling for Telephonic Sessions
- Members will be able to reschedule telephonic session appointments in the UI instead of having to cancel and then restart the scheduling flow.
- Coaching Goals display in the Coaching Hub for those members engaged with ta Coach; can see the Coaching Hub for any coaching package.
- If a member has coaching goals in SFHC AND is engaged with a coach in LS Coaching/has access to the coaching hub, then the member can see their goals in the coaching hub UI.
- `This release is not new functionality, but an extension of existing functionality to LM coaching and other packages. Logic was change to not restrict goal display to CM and TPH packages only.
- The work on converting Country value received on the Eligibility File to time zone ID solves for below use cases:
Campaign Studio Updates
- Admin SMS Templates Message & Footer character limit update (Campaign Studio)
- This is an ability to enter more content in the field that was up until now limited to 160 characters.
- Support for Scripts in “Import Campaign” Admin Feature (Campaign Studio)
- This is a feature that enables users to copy over scripts when they import an existing campaign.
- Consumer Profile Attributes – DATE-Based Values (Campaign Studio)
- This is an option to set Date Type Consumer Profile attributes in an SMS conversation.

- Update to Insurance Permission Page in User Profile
- Update to content in Insurance Permissions (found in Profile) shown to a member to remove references to "Virgin Pulse" in the text. This content appears in the EvenNorth app and should be generic.

This will include better messaging to members when they have habits to track, need to add habits, show progress and action completion (complete vs. incomplete states). This will have GA for web and mobile. The layout of the HH module and the Daily cards module on mobile will display in a different orientation to account for the improved messaging.

Member's rescheduling appts (Not available at end of Sprint, aiming for 6/17)

Members will be able to reschedule a telephonic session with fewer clicks, and without fully cancelling the existing appointment. This enhancement allows members flexible scheduling with greater ease, and encourages members to reschedule directly, rather than relying on coach messaging or member services.

Member Coaching Plan Goals in UI - extension to all coaching packages where member has LS Coaching Hub AND Coaching Plan Goals

This release is a logic change that removes restrictions for coaching plan goals showing in the UI for certain packages only. Under the new logic, if a member has access to the coaching hub (present state, engaged with a primary coach), and has coaching plan goals, those goals will show in the UI. Previously, logic was applicable only to TPC and CM, as these were the packages in place upon initial release.

When there are multiple provider networks for a multiple plan, provider search results will display whether a provider is in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 network. Provider details page will display whether a provider office location is in-network and which specific tier (if multiple tiers).

Investigation Update - Groups Feature should be controlled by 'GroupsV2' audience feature flag; not by the Groups sponsor setting.

Formally documenting that the Groups feature can be controlled by a feature flag (GroupsV2) at the audience level, and the 'Groups' sponsor setting does not need to be used.
At a later point we will hide the 'Groups' sponsor setting from GenAdmin so that it does not cause confusion. Please note that the 'Groups' sponsor setting is not actually used in the UI to determine whether or not to show/hide the Groups feature.To be clear: If Groups is on for Audience X and Audience Y, everyone from both audiences can see all public Groups. There is no blinding to limit Audience X to see only groups with Audience X members.

Triggered Audience Extracts: An enhancement of the existing Audience Extracts feature, which allows clients to create their target audience and define a frequency per which they want to receive samples of that audience as well as the sample size.

Audience Limit: Audience Limit is a new feature added to Audience Builder. In addition to Channel Limits that are limiting the population availability for SMS, Email and DM channels; Audience Limits are providing an overall limit to the entire audience in Basic mode and a segment limit to a segment in Advanced mode, prioritized per certain criteria.
