July 2024

New Content

    • Healthy Habit Refresh/Unpublishing Project UPDATE

      • UPDATE from original enablement plans - we were going to do this in June - but moved it to July - week of July 15. See notes below.

      THE WHY:

      • The content team, in collaboration with the clinical team, has conducted a comprehensive review of our 500+ healthy habits to ensure they are aligned with our current objectives and content strategy. That review has resulted in the following changes to be made in July 2024: 

        • ~100 healthy habits will have updated/refreshed wording (staying within the intent of the habit) – the week of July 15

        • ~200 healthy habits will be retired because they do not meet our definition for the objective of a healthy habit (or they are duplicative of other habits that are also available to members) – On July 19

        • This leaves our members with over 300 more meaningful habits to track. Plus any new HH we launch on our content roadmap.

      Objectives of Healthy Habits: 

      • Small single actions that build over time into a lifestyle habit to create a sustained healthy behavior.

      • Building blocks to behavior change.

      • Aligned with evidence-based best practice actions that are recognized, validated, or common knowledge.

      For internal sharing only - the library of habits had grown over the past several years, with many being forced to fit with a Journey. This 2024 exercise was an opportunity to 'clean house' and keep only the habits that align with our current strategy.

      THE RISKS:

      • Custom Healthy Habit challenge plans could be interrupted with these changes - Plan accordingly, specifically with the Habits that are being unpublished.

      • Clients and configuration teams will NOT be able to set up a HH challenge with an unpublished HH, so this retirement will impact any PLANNED and/or CREATED Custom HH challenge

      • Member personal challenges using any of the retired HH will be interrupted after they are unpublished.

      NOTE: We are not retiring any habits associated to standard BoB Journeys or Nutrition & Sleep guides or our planned BoB PHHC calendar.

      • Link to airtable view of ALL healthy habits that are either retiring/unpublishing or changing as indicated.  Those that are being changed, the airtable provides an overview of what change is coming (we are maintaining the context of any habit we are editing)

      NOTE: that some are just minor content adjustments - including having the US title match the global title to eliminate client confusion in the client admin.

      NOTE RE: updated Healthy Habit content - Updated translations will follow (~2-3 weeks after)

      THE MEMBER COMMUNICATION PLAN:

      • There will be a transactional email sent to members on July 19 led by the Digital Communication team to members who have interacted with any of the healthy habits that are retiring (unpublishing) (if they have interacted with any of the HH in June or July)

      • No Opt outs or opt ins for this communication – this is strictly a transactional email to inform members that 1 or more of their HH may no longer be available as of July 19.

      • The data team will provide the Digital Comms team a list of members engaging with any of the retiring HH by July 19

      PH Informatics - Rebrand Updates

      • Rebrand Phase 1 that includes updating the logo and removing Virgin Pulse text reference:

        • Login Screen

        • New User Email Content

        • User Guide

        • Platform Header

        • Care Gap Analysis Report

      New medical insurance carriers added to File Ingestion and Harmonix (HMX)

      • We are adding 3 new medical insurance carriers to the list available in legacy VP File ingestion. The 3 new careers are:

        • Ameriben

        • RealRx

        • Wipro

      NOTE: The same carriers will be added to HMX

      Adding Alternate ID flow to lookup using alternate_id

      • Getting a better matching between Platform and Patient Eligibility File in case Platform Eligibility File is loaded afterwards.

      Teams Implement redirection for Stats, update redirection for Healthy Habits and Rewards

      • Implementing redirection to full VP web or mobile experience for Stats, and updating the current redirection for Healthy Habits and Rewards.

      Create Culture Check + Custom survey with custom questions – Client Admin

      • Addition of new Culture Check + Custom survey from Client Admin and offering client admins to add up to 20 custom questions to the survey, with specific question types.

      Teams Rebranding Audit

      • Completing the rebranding audit for Teams app.

      Rebranding Audit for Surveys

      • Completing the rebranding audit for Surveys.

      Adding disclaimer for unsupported languages on VP Media

      • This is a disclaimer that will be shown on VP Media landing page, that says: “Unfortunately, this feature does not currently support your language.” for all members who have their language set to Romanian or Turkish.

      Campaign Studio

      • Error messages for VPA Dashboards (Campaign Studios)

        • Better representation of the Messages that we get when using the reporting dashboards.

  • Surveys 

    • Culture Check question updates

      • When members open Culture Check survey, all Balance Slider questions will be replaced with Multiple Choice question types. 

      • There will be only one optional question - all the other ones will be mandatory and users will not be able to proceed to next question without providing an answer

  • VP Claims Insights to PH Informatics - Rebrand Updates

    • Rebrand Phase 1 continues & includes updating the logo and removing Virgin Pulse text reference:

    • Destination Maps do not load in China, but the rest of the challenge experience works per usual

  • Activate/Campaign Studio Updates

    • Activate ID field to DS 63: As part of Alternate ID implementation to DS 51, 52, and 53 for better MPI matching, we would need to accommodate this for DS 63 as well (BMC Patient Eligibility).

    • Reporting Enhancements: 

      1. addition of rolling 12 months as a reporting timeframe in Tag and Campaign ROI reports

      2. Consumer activity report- addition of total charges reporting, similar to ROI reporting on total charges, in the consumer activities report

      3. Tag Metrics now contains navigation to the campaign metrics report filtered to only campaigns within the tag

    • Maps > Export population counts

      • Ability for users to export PersonType breakdown about their audience per Zip Codes and Counties within Maps in Audience Builder.

    • Maps > Display Landmarks above density choroplets: Enhancement to Maps, for users to have an easier way to locate their audience on maps compared to important landmarks and their facilities.

  • File Ingestion (Just starting work, will not be available at end of Sprint)

    • Adding ETL processing environment for Multi-sponsor Files: In GenAdmin, for multi-sponsor settings, for each file type (platform, claims, etc). we will add a pulldown to select whether that file will be processed on Staged Ingestion (default) or Harmonix.

  • Standard Emails

      • Standard email links will now automatically include idp_hint parameter with correct value for all clients with Force SSO enabled allowing better login experience for members.
