New Content

Activation Series and Welcome email updates

  • Activation Series and Welcome email content updates based on product eligibility: Wellbeing, HPA and HPA + Wellbeing Rewards.
  • Eligibility file with product eligibility codes (HP, Personify Health or HPPersonify Health) trigger the appropriate content to display in the activation series and welcome emails.

Health Stations

  • iOS New Country Approved Limits

    • The iOS Health Station Apps will only be available in the future for iPads that have selected a country that is within the list of accepted countries by Apple. Our Desktop Health Station app (available on windows desktop computers) is unaffected by this change.

    • List of countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, United States, United Kingdom.

  • Rebranded Health Station Apps

    • Both iOS & Desktop Health Station apps are releasing rebranded Personify Health Versions 12/9

    • For both Health Station apps, sponsors must take action by December 9th to ensure members can continue to successfully upload their data. After the December 9th "realm" migration, the older "Personify Health" versions of these apps are likely to stop working for members.

Rebrand 

  • Teams App Rebrand

    • Rebranded app released

    • On Monday Nov 25th, the Microsoft Teams App updated to a rebranded Personify Health listing of the app, updating the existing Personify Health branded app listing.

    • On Nov 26th, the UI within the Teams App will also be rebranded to match the Personify Health app listing.

  • Enrollment & Login Rebrand Updates for 1/1

      • Default background has been updated (Web)

      • Button/link color has been updated (Web/Mobile)

      • Login links on Enrollment pages will take to login.personifyhealth.com (Web)

      • Enrollment link under enrollment group settings is updated with a new format - enroll.personifyhealth.com (This is already available in GenAdmin)

      • Enrollment web and mobile page updates

    • Mobile login updates:

      • Transitional PH logo is replaced with PH logo

      • Default background has been updated

      • Button/link color has been updated

      • Login loader is updated with a new one from Personify Health Groove

  • PH Informatics Rebranding

    • No change to functionality, only visual changes to adhere to our brand guidelines

  • Re-branding for certain ‘local’ notifications on Android

    • When mobile changes are released, these three ‘local’ notifications (that look like Push Notifications) will have Personify Health logos and say ‘Personify Health’ for Android.

    • FYI iOS changes are handled differently, and use the icon of the App itself in the notifications, so are not impacted by these changes.

    • Notifications impacted:

      • Reminder to Track (for company step challenge)

      • Reminder to do Healthy Habits

      • Reminder for Daily Cards

Mobile Stats

  • Removing the option for members to “return to old stats” 

  • ENG will be running a script to move all sponsors/audiences that had been using the beta of Mobile Stats 2.0 to be using the standard, non-beta Mobile Stats 2.0 feature flag that removes the option for members to “return to old stats” toggle.

Account Registration/Enrollment

  • Legal consent to be contacted via phone number

    • New members will see a legal consent next to phone number fields during Account Registration​

    • New and existing members will see a legal consent next to phone number fields in Member Profile –> Account Settings​

Campaign Studio/Activation

  • Re-position of Audience Builder buttons

    • Small change on the UI to re-position “Advanced mode” button and admin only “Download Audience Sample” button.

  • Buyer - Activity API > View List page

    • Ability to view the completions originating from forms & events where our API keys have been used.

GenAdmin Redemption Brands

  •  Reward Redemption: Exclusive to Member Services

    • A checkbox will be added to GenAdmin for the redemption brand to be displayed on the platform. It will default to unchecked. If the box is checked off, the redemption brand will not be visible to members on the platform. This will allow Member Services to redeem on behalf of the member when they call in. 

    • This is needed for BCBSM in January 2025. Our gift card vendor Tango, who was recently acquired by BHN, has revised their fraud detection procedures. We will need to add a separate redemption option for members who call into Member Services for redemption. This new card will meet the fraud detection requirements for members who call in for a physical card.

UI Changes

  • Coaching Homepage Module - Mobile & Web

    • The Coaching Homepage Module introduces a dedicated entry point on the homepage for coaching features. It displays personalized coaching updates, upcoming sessions, and quick access to the coaching landing page.

  • Transform Homepage Module - Mobile & Web

    • The Transform Homepage Module provides an entry point for users to access personalized health improvement programs. and includes a call-to-action button that links directly to the Transform landing page.

  • Wellbeing mobile navigation - Mobile navigation updates and More menu having icon

    •  Mobile navigation will now include icons in the More menu. This will occur automatically for all sponsors and users.

  •  Humana: M3P Finance Queue , Specialty API

    • Humana's current WS integrations are migrated to APIs. Auto refill, CC exemptions, CC expired, collections, refill, finance queue,

  • Opt-in-out global functionality - stage deployment

    •  Stored procedure that allows the Integration team to opt specific member in/out
