Billing as a Medical Claim

What's new?

We're excited to announce the enhancement of Billing as a Medical Claim, enabling operationalization and re-enablement like never before. This update allows clients to bill for screenings, like our Concierge Services, directly as a claim, rather than through invoices.

NOTE: This is currently only available to self-funded employers for onsite biometric screenings conducted through Quest. Home Tests and Lab Vouchers are not currently supported.

Why it matters?

This update meets a critical market demand, enabling the usage of the larger medical budget versus the wellness budget if screenings are billed as claims. It represents a significant opportunity for clients to leverage their resources more efficiently and effectively, aligning health screenings more closely with broader healthcare financial management strategies. Available at no additional cost for our Concierge Services clients, this enhancement solidifies our commitment to delivering value-added services that closely align with client needs and market trends.
