With the Personify Health's Client Admin Portal, you have access to a wide variety of admin tools allowing you to easily customize and configure challenges, surveys, content, and more.
This self-serve tool enables you to easily promote company benefits, events, announcements, and your unique wellbeing initiatives with our intuitive step-by-step admin wizards.
Where to begin: Access the Admin Portal
Log in to your Personify Health account.
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner (a drop-down menu will appear).
Click on “Admin Portal” from the drop-down list. The Admin Portal option is available after you have been provisioned with Admin rights.
In the panel on the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll see the functionality you have been provisioned to access. For example, you could see Challenges, Surveys, Custom Content, System Content, Pillars & Topics, Shoutouts, or the Permissions Wizard.
The Permissions Tool allows you to give trusted users and administrators access to the various features within the Client Admin Portal.
Access the Permissions Tool: Within the Admin Portal, click Permissions from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. On this page you will see two options:
Analytics allows the provision user to view platform analytics and reporting. There are 2 roles within Analytics, Sponsor Admin and Reporting Viewer.
Platform manages permissions to admin tools within the platform, such as the Calendar, Challenges, Habits, and more. There are two different criteria to determine for the users you are provisioning: Access Level and Role.
Important Note: For all Admin Tools, the user you are provisioning must be a Personify Health member.
The Custom Content tool provides you with the ability to create helpful Daily Tips, custom Habits that resonate with your members, and time-sensitive program updates with Announcements.
Create Custom Daily Tip Cards: These tips will appear when the member views their Daily Cards. Customize the Card Details (Title and Card Content) and Theme (Topic Area and Card Image). Then Publish and add Translations (if applicable).
Create a Custom Habit: Customize the Habit's Title, Theme, Icon, and Habit Prompt. For the Habit Prompt, you should phrase the prompt as a question that members can answer with a YES or NO (with the YES being the correct or ideal answer).
Create an Announcement: Easily promote benefits and events with Announcements. These will appear when the member views their Daily Cards. Customize the Announcement Card Details (Headline and Content) and Theme (Image or Video Link and a Call-to-Action button). Then, you can Schedule and Publish and also add Translations (if applicable).
Accessing the Custom Content: The following permissions levels can view and manipulate Custom Content on the platform. The following permission levels also have the ability to provision specific content controls like Daily Cards only, Healthy Habits only, etc.

The Report Archive provides access to six, standard, member data extract reports on a monthly and bi-monthly cadence. In this archive, you'll see the following reports:
Eligibles Report: Your eligible population
Member Activation Report: All enrolled members from the previous month
Billable Cash Report: PulseCash earned and redeemed on the platform
Non-Billable Cash Report: All other incentive data outside of PulseCash (e.g., insurance premium discounts, HRA/HSA contributions, drawing entries)
Coaching: Members enrolled and engaged in Coaching
Device Subsidy: Members who have/have not taken the opportunity of the device subsidy offered.
Accessing the Report Archive: Access is limited to the following permission levels within the Admin Portal:

The Calendar Event Tool provides you with the ability to create events and let your members know when and where these events are occurring. Creating calendar events helps you drive event attendance, awareness, and engagement.
Access the Calendar Wizard: Click Calendar from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. In the Wizard, you can:
