Your Role as a Champion

At Personify Health, promoting health and well-being is the reason we get out of bed in the morning, so we're thrilled to be partnering with you to bring the Personify Health Program to your organization. Help us spread the word, build excitement, and show others how to get the most out of this program.

As a Champion, you're an advocate. An ambassador. An example. Personify Health Champions are our on-site experts and the driving force for increased participation and improved well-being in the workplace.

Here's your mission. Encourage co-workers to join, get active, and participate in the program. Help them understand that simple things like taking the stairs, eating more fruits and vegetables, and getting enough sleep are beneficial and easy. Be creative, be proactive, and be available to answer questions about how to get the most out of this program. You'll find some tools and ideas here to help you succeed, but feel free to do more! You know your work environment and what motivates your colleagues and friends, so do what's most effective for your organization. Get ready to make a positive difference!
